Skala Lounge | Larnaca Airport

For this project, we sought to redefine the airport lounge as a place of comfort and relaxation. Through sculpted architectural forms, warm materiality, and carefully curated lighting, we created an environment that encourages travellers to pause, unwind, and recharge before their flight.

A series of flowing curves shape the spatial experience, softening the rigidity often associated with airport environments. From the arched ceiling features to the rounded joinery and organic planters, every element was designed to create a sense of ease and continuity. Natural textures, muted tones, and ambient lighting come together to transform a transient space into a calm and welcoming retreat.
